Order Processing & Fulfillment All orders placed with 2473 Studios are processed and shipped within 5 business days.

Please note that our processing days are Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the following business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout. While we guarantee that your order will leave our facility within the 5-day window, final delivery dates are subject to carrier schedules and may vary based on your location. 2473 Studios is not responsible for transit delays caused by the courier service.

Damages and Liability 2473 Studios is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We recommend saving all packaging materials and the damaged goods before filing your claim.

Address Accuracy It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. 2473 Studios is not responsible for shipments delivered to an incorrect address provided during the ordering process.
